This is a welding textbook. If you want to learn how to weld correctly, this should be the first book you buy.
Tons of excellent projects with easy to understand directions, measurements, and materials lists. This book is great, I cannot wait to make some of these projects with my son that is learning to weld.
Beautiful hard cover book with lovely pictures on heavy high gloss paper. The 1st 75 pages gloss over the tools, techniques and some jargon about the various welding processes. Then the remaining 60% of the book are plans to construct a variety of items, mostly useless and things that can be found online for free. I was truly disappointed in the book as I thought it would be a through and "Complete" book on the welding process. Instead it's a high quality plan book. Save your money.

This is a great resource and especially for starters but I wish it went through all the different types of welding in there own chapters and had more projects ideas and layouts.They could've done a bit better. But still a good buy!
